How to use it:
Remove all objects from the wrist;
Draw the cuff over the wrist, secure the cuff with the Velcro fastener, and make sure it lies comfortably and it is not too tight whereby no space should remain between the cuff and the wrist, the distance betweenthe cuff and the hand should be approximately 10mm.
Lay the arm on a table with the palm upwards, support the arm a little with a mat, so that the cuff rests at about the same height as the heart,check if the cuff lies loose. B e f o r e m e a s u r i n g , peacefully remain for 2 minutes.
